Putting patients at the centre of what we do
The NIHR CRN is committed to involving patients, carers and members of the public in all stages of the research process to make sure that research is relevant to those that matter most – the patients. The Clinical Research Network has implemented a national strategy for involving patients and the public in research. We, like other Comprehensive Local Research Networks, are contributing to the national approach by putting plans into practice so that patients and the public can help shape research locally.
