The Gastrointestinal theme is lead by Prof John McLaughlin. 
We work with researchers across hospitals and primary care sites in Greater Manchester as well as with Life Sciences companies on developing the latest treatments for GI patients.
We collaborate with a number of other themes such as Cancer and Genetics to carry out the latest research into treatments for all areas of GI.
