Our workforce development team: enabling learning and development in the Clinical Research Network
We develop and support the people who conduct and contribute to the NIHR CRN Portfolio of studies. We do this by providing training opportunities that support core research activities and by getting involved in national and local initiatives that support and enable the development of a knowledgeable and capable research workforce.
Courses we offer and how to register to access them
We use an online Learning Management System (LMS) to manage the booking process. Before registering on our LMS you will need to check your eligibility and read our terms and conditions (including our cancellation policy), all of which you can access using the above links.

A key requirement for anyone involved in the conduct of clinical research is Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training. GCP is the standard and guidelines to which all research is conducted.
