Kent & Medway CLRN are fully supportive of the national initiative to provide individual contacts for all Specialty Groups.As part of this, we are currently undertaking the identification of Specialty Group Contacts for the following Specialty Groups below.
The main role of these individuals is to
- Act as a NHS-based Network contact for researchers who are developing clinical research studies.
- Provide a local focus for activity in the Specialty Group topic area but not to support the strategic development of research in the specialty interest area or development of individual research project proposals.
- Advise the CLRN on the topic aspects of the local portfolio
