NHS Infrastructure Support
N&S CLRN Application form for Service Support Costs must be completed and returned for all requests for study-specific service support. If you are a PI or CI applying for funding you are strongly advised to contact the NHS Trust R&D Office before submitting this form to the N&S CLRN. The application will not be approved by the CLRN until there has been full liasion with the NHS Trust R&D office that is handling your R&D approval.
