If you are a PI or CI applying for funding you are strongly advised to contact the NHS Trust R&D Office before submitting this form to the N&S CLRN. The application will not be approved by the CLRN until there has been full liasion with the NHS Trust R&D office that is handling your R&D approval.

NIHR Network Research Capability Funding (Network RCF)
Since April 2012, Research Capability Funding has replaced Flexibility and Sustainability Funding.
Research Capability Funding is allocated to NIHR Clinical Research Networks for their local research networks, via the NHS organisations that host each local network. In 2013/14 Norfolk & Suffolk CLRN have been allocated £89,262, a decrease of approx £46,000 compared to 2012/13. At present the Network has a small amount of funding to allocate in 13/14 and will consider applications for Network Research Capability Funding.
