Funding

The National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Comprehensive Local Research Network (CLRN) funding comprises a fixed (per capita) and flexible (activity based) allocation.

The NIHR Clinical Research Network has developed a model for activity based funding arrangements to inform Clinical Research Network budget allocations.

Funding Streams within London (South) CLRN

London (South) CLRN, aside from the allocated funding distributed directly to Trusts on an annual basis, have two other funding streams open to applications from our network members over the course of the financial year.

Research Capability Funding & Contingency will be open for applications as of 17 June 2013.
