CLRN Clinical Director Dr Stephen Devereux awarded Professorship

London (S) CLRN Clinical Director and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust physician, Dr Stephen Devereux has been awarded a Professorship in the recent round of academic honours awarded by King’s College London.

This is the second year since King’s College London introduced criteria which enabled better recognition of the contribution of clinical eminence as well as teaching and research in awarding academic promotions.

This innovation is at the heart of King’s Health Partners Academic Health Science Centre, of which King’s College London and King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are partners.

The clinical academic award will take effect from 1 September 2011.
