Congratulations to primary care finalists

Shortlist for Health Services Journal (HSJ) Research Culture Award announced

trophy imageTwo primary care NHS organisations have been shortlisted for the HSJ Research Culture award.

The Award, which is sponsored by the NIHR Clinical Research Network, received 67 entries. Eight of these have been shortlisted to become finalists including two primary care entries:

  • Bradgate Surgery (General Practice)
  • NHS Suffolk (Primary Care Trust)

All eight finalists will be attending the awards ceremony on 15 November at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel where the winner will be announced.

The Award is aimed at NHS organisations that have demonstrated a step-change in developing their research culture. The focus is on institutional change, development and innovation rather than quantity of research activity.
