PCRN helps GPs to raise awareness of clinical research

Last year PCRN East of England collaborated with Essex and Herts Comprehensive Local Research Network to design and pilot a 'research active' slide set in GP practices. The slides, which aim to raise awareness of clinical reseach, were shown on electronic screens in a selection GP surgery waiting rooms in the East of England.

Feedback was collated by PCRN East of England and a simplified set of research active slide set templates have now been produced and are being made available to GP surgeries across the country. The PowerPoint templates come in different aspect ratios (screen sizes) and also in two versions - one that allows for more customisation than the other.
