New portfolio helpdesk

The Clinical Research Network Portfolio team launched a portfolio helpdesk for general enquiries on 1 April 2011 (not network or study specific queries).

The helpdesk will provide a:

  • Quality service with consistent, timely responses (monitored regularly throughout the working day, receipt acknowledged within one working day, endeavour to respond within six working days)
  • Single point of contact for general enquiries.

The portfolio helpdesk is for general enquiries relating to the NIHR CRN Portfolio and not for Network or study specific enquiries. For these enquiries you should contact the relevant Network.

If we receive enquiries from investigators that are specific to a study we will direct them to the appropriate Network.
